The Denver Indian Center Inc. (DICI) is a comprehensive urban cultural and social services organization serving the American Indian and Alaska Native community of Denver, CO and the surrounding metro area. Since its incorporation in 1983, DICI has established itself as a vital resource hub offering multiple evidence-based programs designed to address the unique needs of Native populations. The organization operates the Honoring Fatherhood Program (HFP), which equips and encourages fathers to live with integrity and purpose, strengthening families and communities through structured guidance and support. Additionally, DICI administers the Native Workforce Program (NWP), funded through the U.S. Department of Labor, providing comprehensive career services including resume building, skills training workshops, employment referrals, and ongoing career guidance. The Native Community Peer Outreach program delivers culturally relevant support to individuals, families, and groups throughout Denver. DICI's service delivery is grounded in promoting self-determination, economic empowerment, mental and physical health, education, and cultural preservation.
